This is one of my favorite smoothies to make in the summer. It seriously tastes just like a creamsicle, and the best part- it's only three ingredients! For best results make sure to use a ripe cantaloupe.
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cantaloupe
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Scoop out half of cantaloupe and add to blender, add orange juice and vanilla extract, blend and serve.
